William D. Clifford, Esquire
Shareholder at Dickie, McCamey, & Chilcote, P.C.

Attorney Clifford is a graduate of Bucknell University and earned his law degree from Duquesne University’s law school.  He is a partner with the law firm of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and is Chair of its Construction Practice Group and Alternative Dispute Resolution Group.  Attorney Clifford is also an adjunct professor at the Duquesne University School of Law.  He has been voted in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.  He is a current Court Appointed Special Adovcate (CASA) volunteer.  He is the administrator of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote’s pro bono program (Best Interest Attorney) for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Family Division.  Attorney Cliford is also a volunteer for the Best Interest Attorney Program.

Gregory C. Michaels, Esquire

Attorney Michaels is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2007. He is a shareholder with the law firm of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. Attorney Michaels has been selected as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Star from 2013 to 2020. He is a member Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.’s Pro Bono Committee and he is also a volunteer for the Best Interest Attorney Program.

Margaret C. Harper
Retired Nursing Home Administrator

Ms. Harper achieved her Masters of Business Administration from the University of PIttsburgh and Masters of Science in Education from Duquesne University. She has experience in hospital administration, clinical and nursing education as well as entrepreneurial endeavors. Her post retirement interests include working with children facing familial challenges that require innovative and unique solutions. Ms. Harper is an active volunteer with Allegheny County’s CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocate.

Dr. Shannon Edwards, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Forensic Psychologist

Dr. Edwards graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014 with a Doctoral degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology. Following her post-doctoral fellowship training and position as Director of Mental Health at the Allegheny County Jail, she opened her private practice in 2015. Dr. Edwards’ practice primarily provides psychological evaluations and court-involved therapy to civil, family, and criminal court across the Commonwealth. She has formal education and extensive training working with individuals who experience mental illness and are also involved with the justice system. Dr. Edwards’ passions lie within mental health and criminal justice reform, developing and implementing resources for indigent individuals involved with all branches of our justice system, as well as mental health legislation.

Samantha Etzi, LSW
Licensed Social Worker

Ms. Etzi attained her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2019, specializing in mental illness. Ms. Etzi has worked with the forensic population in both a family and criminal capacity. She has conducted comprehensive parental capacity evaluations and has experiencing in co-parenting and family reunification therapy. Ms. Etzi is passionate about developing and implementing resources for indigent indivdiuals inolved in the judicial system.
